purchasing from my shop:
each item is handmade and one of a kind, prices are determined by the amount of time taken to make said product, combined with cost of materials. i do not accept refunds or cancellations. items will not be consistently restocked as i make them in my free time and work on whatever peeks my interest at the time. this means some items (or variations of that item) will only be available once unless requested. for a specific product to your liking, contact me at my instagram to discuss what you would like to commission. commissions will be treated with priority and i will work to have them done as soon as possible. i will make sure to communicate with the buyer for updates on my progress. orders will be shipped out within 3 business days, once shipped out, the package is no longer in my care or control. in it you will receive your order, a note from me, and a random gift freebie as a thank you.
some products use safety eyes which may be a choking hazard. during commissioning, you have the option to request embroidered or felt eyes for personal preference or for child safety.
i am a pet friendly business who owns a cat, i try my best to ensure that each item is 100% pet hair free but i apologize if a bit of his love ends up going your way.
